``Tattoos/piercings/scars;; A scar traces from the right corner of his mouth up to his cheek in a half Glasgow Smile, a bad scar riddles his shoulder right under his collar bone and under his shoulder blade on his left side, no piercings or tattoos.
``Dress style;;
Ferdinand likes simple, well worn clothes. He has a few pairs of ripped jeans and plain, one coloured cotton t-shirts. He occasionally throws a plaid button up over his t-shirts, or a nice dress shirt. He wears a well worn pair of battered leather boots every day and is never ever seen in running shoes. His hair is usually messy, or brushed back lazily.
``Overall;;
Ferdinand is a tall lanky boy, he stands at five foot nine and weighs in at about a hundred and sixty pounds. He's slim, but muscular and isn't a afraid to use some of it in a fight. His shoulders are fairly broad, his body tapering down into narrow hips. His legs are long as well as his arms.
His hands and feet are pretty big in proportion to himself, given him a puppy look. His face is long and slender, but fairly rectangular. He's got a large nose, and a thin, smirking set of lips. His eyes are a light hazel and are heavily lidded. He nearly always has dark circles under his eyes. He's got dead straight black hair that hangs in a fringe over his eyes and is cut short in the back. His lips are ever curved into that playful smirk.
His skin is fairly average, he isn't pale, but he isn't tanned. He has numerous scars that mar it. First, he has the Glasgow grin that traces from the right corner of his lips and up his cheek. The dark scar that pierces his left shoulder, visible along his torso, and along his back from a car door twisting through him.

``Personality;;
Ferdinand is odd. He's a character of contradictions. Although he is friendly and easy going, he hardly ever lets people get to know him. He prefers to keep his distance emotionally, but loves to be around people. He's chatty and enjoys a good conversation. He's a happy bloke, enjoying every minute of his life. After a scare with death, he doesn't take anything for granted.
Undyingly loyal, Donar will never turn his back on someone he considers a good friend. He can be over protective and rather jealous of people taking with really close friends. Although he is slow to make friends (often people consider him a friend long before he'll consider them one) he is very good at keeping them. He would do anything for a friend, even if it isn't asked out right to him. He is the first to 'defend the honour' of a friend and get into a fist fight.
He can be rather forceful, he's got a strong personality, often coming on too hard. Essentially, he does what he wants and doesn't really care what other people think, unless they happen to be his close friends, and in that case he is rather good at toning himself down.
Ferdinand has a major soft spot for pretty people, He's often way too forwards and is likely to get a punch in the face. He enjoys playing with people's buttons, he treats most people like puzzles until he understands them. Ferdinand, although usually quick to anger others, is very slow to anger himself, but once he's pissed, watch out! He's likely to throw a punch and then ignore you for a long time. Most of the time, however, he's a pretty friendly, happy-go-lucky kind of guy.
History
``Mom;; Ayn Weiss, 32, deceased. Ferdinand only vaguely remembers her.
``Dad;; Dierk Weiss, 58, banker. Feridnand and his dad are pretty close, but he didn't live with his dad until he immigrated to America.
``Sibling(s);; None
``Pet(s);; None
``Other;; Allyn and Dana Weiss, Feridnand's grandparents. He was raised by both until he was fifteen and moved to America to live with his dad.
``History;;
Ferdinand was born and raised in Baden Baden Germany by his grandparents on his father's side, his grandmother, Dana, being a Holocaust survivor, and his grandfather, a war deserter. His father had recently moved to America, with plans to bring over Ayn, Ferdinand's mother, and the new born once he had the funds to do so. However, before he had the chance to do so, Ayn died from a brain hemorrhage.
Having most of his family killed in World War II, Ferdinand's family is very small, in fact, the only family he ever met were his grandparents and father. When he was young, while growing up with his grandparents, he stuck a fork in a socket, earning him the nickname Donar (meaning thunder in German) and his grandparents still call him that to this day.
It wasn't long after the fork incident, that his grandparents noticed a few odd things about their grandchild. Lights would occasionally flicker and picking him up sometimes dealt a shock that was more than just static. They didn't think much of it, since it didn't happen often. But it was early in high school, with the onset of puberty that Ferdinand noticed his powers fully. He realized he had the ability to shock people, but he didn't understand it, and did his best to ignore it. He was already teased enough for not having parents when he was younger, he didn't want to be known as a freak as well.
In Germany, he wasn't popular, but he wasn't unpopular either. He made a fair amount of friends. He never dreamed of leaving Germany, he liked his life there. But, life has plans for everyone whether they like it or not, and in his third year of high school, on the way home with a friend of the family from school, their car was side swiped crossing an intersection.
He woke up in the hospital, grasping at the tubes in his throat, a nurse calming him and explaining the situation.
"You've been in a very bad accident, but you are a very lucky boy."
She told him. His shoulder and chest had been pierced by a twist of car door, glass had nicked his mouth, leaving him with a myriad of scars and a long six months of physiotherapy for his left arm. He only broke two ribs and the car door had miraculously missed his heart by only a few inches. It was after his long recovery, that he decided he wanted to travel, and move across Seas to be with his dad.
The accident changed him, leaving him much more grateful to be alive. He was much cheerier and opened up a lot. It was after immigrating that he started experimenting with his powers, and it wasn't long after that he was invited to Stonebrook. Having only immigrated a few months before his senior year, his accent is still rather thick and his English still a little broken.
``Powers/Abilities/Gifts;; Electrokensis, the ability to absorb electricity and use it at a later time, and the ability to control existing electricity around him, such as from outlets, or when the weather is right, right out of the air. To start, he can only store small amounts of electricity and deliver small shocks, but in time, he'll be able to better store and control electricity as well as generate bigger and stronger shocks.
``Role Play Sample;;
((Dunno if Ferdinand and Ainsley will know each other, but for the sake of this rp sample, I'm rping them together. XD))
Ferdinand stepped out into the bright morning (and by morning, we mean about noon, Ferdinand hated mornings and did his best to sleep through them on weekends.) sun and stretched his arms over his head. 'Gute Moren!' He declared to no one in particular, mostly because he was alone on the football field, seeing as it was a Sunday afternoon. He walked across the grass that was still damp, it must have rained in the morning, and headed towards the forest.
It didn't take him long to spot the boy with a splash of pink in his hair. He brushed a thumb over the scar tracing from his mouth as he walked up. "Guten Moren!" He repeated. "Or rather..." He said, looking at his watch. "Guten Tag!" He smiled bodly. "Or rather..." He laughed, "In English zis time, good afternoon!"
The boy gave a short nod. "Nice ta see ya, Donar." He said, addressing Ferdinand by his nickname. "You been like a lump on a log all mornin'! Where ya been, huh?"
Ferdi shrugged. "I as sleeping, ja? I like sleeping, and it is... weekend, yes?" He smiled. "On sunday, in Germany, we never worked, or did anything. It was..." He struggled to think of the right word. "That day, that no one works, it is religious..."
"The Sabbath?" Ainsley volunteered.
"Ja! Zat is ze vone!" Ferdinand clapped his hands. "Danke!" He said happily. "Thank you." He corrected. It was still bad habit to speak German rather than english. "So, vhat are your plans fur today?"
