Sometimes he'll add sunglasses to increase the effect. The odd time, he'll wear stuff that will make him look a bit younger. More innocent. After all, he can't look like the badass all the time.
``Overall;; Overall, Anthony makes quite a presence in the room. He can look like anything he feels like. Sometimes he seems to be friendly, other times he looks like there's murder in his eyes. But if you didn't watch the traits, he'd look like just a teenage punk trying to show off. Everything about his dress style says that he wants to 'rebel', but it isn't rebellion. It's the style that he knows suits him best.

``Personality;; He's the lone wolf of some social circles, but one of the more social people at the banquet functions held by his parents and their friends. He can be aloof, but also extremely friendly. It depends on the impression he wishes to give. Sometimes though, he is described differently. The people who have seen him in battle can only describe him as a 'monster'. Sometimes though, he can be really nice, with no particular explanation. On the days when he feels good, he can be either really mean, or really friendly. Sometimes knowing which mood he's in is the most difficult part of being around him.
History

``Dad;; Fernando Carlos (current alias), 45, informant, Anthony's teacher about the ways of an assassin; they have a good relationship with each other but Anthony doesn't live with him because Fernando travels too often for it to be practical.

``Pet(s);;Nikita - wolf/German shepherd cross his mother gave him for his birthday one year, and basically his best friend: considers Anthony to basically be his pack leader, and only part of his pack for the most part. Has followed him to the school, in the forest on the edge of campus.

``Other;; Anyone in a family connected to his, whether it's assassins or other spy families. If he told the specifics, he might have to kill you.
``History;; Anthony's childhood was somewhat tumultuous considering his family's background. He didn't know he had powers until he was ten. He was sent to a secluded island for protection as someone was trying to find him to use him as leverage against his parents. While he was there, many animals tried to use him as prey. His powers never manifested. However, when he was brought back to the mainland and was crossing the road to get to his swim lessons, a car ran him over. Or it would have if it wasn't for his powers. Anthony changed into water at the last moment. Then he had to book it away from the scene because the driver was someone who his parents had made enemies of. Luckily he had good reflexes because he was still in shock after what had happened. He was shocked, but his parents were thrilled. They didn't have powers. His sister was jealous of him, obviously. She didn't have powers either.
Fast forward a few years, and he adapted to having powers perfectly. He was the lone wolf most times. Sometimes he maintained a friendly personality, but his fall-back personality was that of a loner. After all, when he wished to attract people he'd smile, but otherwise he looked pretty harsh. His training dictated that the best assassin was the one who didn't have anything or anyone they couldn't do without. Anthony was fine with that. Being an assassin was his dream. Finding information nobody else could get was another goal. His training also trained him to be independent. That tended to happen when you were dropped in a jungle, given some supplies and told to fend for yourself. Of course, he had a laptop with a year's worth of schoolwork on it. He managed to fit it in.
His informant career officially started at sixteen, the year the families in his parents' social circles decided was the time for new blood to come into the business. He quickly became one of the promising candidates, and it was decided after a trial period that he had passed. He sells information to the highest bidder. Anyone who wants him to investigate someone, he helps. For a price. Before coming to the Academy, Anthony had only met two other people with powers. One of them is the very girl he's followed to the Academy, Jodie Richard.
``Powers/Abilities/Gifts;;
- Substance Changer: He can change the substance he is made of, and anything within about a five foot radius of his body. It expends energy to change it, but once it is in one form, it stays in that form unless it is changed back. He can change it to anything he's come into contact with before. He can also change himself into, say, water. Occasionally, this also acts in healing. If he has a finger chopped off, he can change into water, change something into water, and manipulate it into his finger shape before changing back into human form.
- Substance Manipulator: He can manipulate the objects he changes. Normally, he couldn't manipulate water, but if he's changed something into water, he can manipulate it.
