``History;; Blake was born in a suburban home with a boring mother and a humdrum father in the outskirts of New Jersey. In his early years he grew so tired of having the same thing happen everyday that he was signed up for guitar lessons when he was 13 and he latched onto it. He played constantly for the next few years and joined his first band at 15. He had become a natural and was able to play almost any song by the time he had his 16th birthday. He joined a band called “Bulletproof Serenade” where he began to play venues all over the city. His parents did not approve of his lifestyle and they tried to ground him and forbid him to continue. He defied them and snuck out at night to go play at underground clubs. He wasn’t old enough to play any good venues so he had to lie about his age.
Blake developed a small drinking problem during this year and finally got busted by his father. His dad sat him down and told him about how when his father had been younger, he’d been in a band too. He gave it up and took on his boring job. Blake was appalled and disappointed in his dad and decided at that moment that he would never let that happen to him. He played more frequently and the school hardly ever saw him. His power had been present his whole life, but he didn’t realize it until he fell out of the back of a truck, rolled, and then jumped back into the bed of the truck. His friends just stared at him and because he was intoxicated, he didn’t think about it.
Later on he went to a doctor to check for broken bones and the doc told him that his bones had a different composition than normal people. It was much more dense and a large amount of tissue damage had only been done. Blake played with his powers and realized he had an incredible sense of balance while sober and he was able to balance on just about anything. He could also jump about one and a half times as far as others. He was the ultimate free runner. He used his powers to run from rooftop to rooftop to escape cops who busted up parties he was at.
His parents figured him out after he got caught once and they enrolled him at SBA so that he would far away from the city scene. Blake didn’t mind, he was curious about this whole gifted world. Plus, what wannabe rocker didn’t go to California?
``Powers/Abilities/Gifts;; Blake has Super Agility, he is able to jump farther and balance better than average. He practiced his moves and he is able to make any veteran Parkour runner feel shamed. He also has super dense bone structure that allows him to survive extreme drops, though his tissue is still vulnerable. He can take drops from about 3 stories before significant damage is caused.
