``Nicknames;; Will

``Tattoos/piercings/scars;; None
``Dress style;; Will loves t-shirts. Most of them have logos, but even the plain ones are some of his favorites. Even on days that he needs to dress up, he still tries to get away with a t-shirt under a button-up, or under his jacket. Comfort is the name of the game, and jeans and a t-shirt usually accomplish just that.
``Overall;; About average height, Will just looks like the average teenage boy. Brown hair, casual clothes, everything he would need to blend in with the crowd. He always carries a white cane, but aside from that, nothing about his appearance really stands out.

-Doesn't know what colors look like, but his favorite color is orange, for the sound of the word
``Flaws;;
-Sometimes tries to be overly-independent, even when he could use the help
-Puts school first during the school week, even to the point of rejecting his friends
-Tries to be confident, but tends to feel incredibly insecure when he's doing something new for the first time; he thinks that if he messes it up because he can't see, people will think that he's less capable than sighted people
``Secrets;;
-Has a deep-seated fear of thunderstorms
-Worried that if he ever gets a girlfriend, she'll only stay with him out of pity because he's blind, and not because she genuinely loves him
``Personality;; Will sits at two ends of the spectrum, depending on the day. On school days, he's all business. Studying comes above all else, even above friends and spending time with them. He's smart, but because he's blind, typing homework takes him a little longer. Math is even harder to do well on a computer, but he's learned to manage.
When the weekend comes, or even better, a break from school, Will is nothing but fun. He loves to hang out with his friends and have the time of his life. Just because school matters to him doesn't mean that he can't have fun, and once school is over for the week, he doesn't even think about it.

``History;; Will was born a happy, healthy baby. For his first year or so of life, he was fine, but when he was barely a year old, he lost his sight to undetected glaucoma. He grew up without sight, but he adjusted well, especially since he'd never really known anything else. Still, he always acted like a normal child, and it wasn't until he was ten that his Gift became evident. When he touched objects, he could identify them as usual, but he would also start to mention things that he shouldn't have been able to know just from a simple brush against it. His parents realized that he was Gifted, and gave him the choice between a normal school or a Gifted school. Will decided to spend his freshman year at Stone Brook. At the end of the year, he plans to decide if he likes it better than "normal" school and complete his high school career at the chosen school.
``Powers/Abilities/Gifts;; Sight by Touch: Will can "see" an object by touching it with his hand. It's a bit hard to describe, since he doesn't actually "see" the object, but in his mind's eyes, an outline of it appears. For example, if he touched the top of a table, he would see in his mind the shape of a table, complete with legs. If a plate was sitting on the table, there would be a "shadow" on the image where the plate was. However, he can only see the object that he's touching, not anything that's around or on it.
``Role Play Sample;; I are bread. Please to eat me.
